Thank you for taking the time to read our terms and conditions, they help to ensure that you have a great experience when buying products from SMG Equestrian Ltd.
In reading and using our website you agree to:
- Your account - It is your responsibility to ensure that all the information you supply to us is correct.
- Pricing & VAT - Every effort is made to ensure that prices are correct. We do reserve the right to change prices when necessary or discontinue a product. In such an event that we need to change a price for a product you have ordered, we will contact you to ensure that the price is acceptable. All prices are shown in £ sterling and contain VAT in the pricing where applicable at the current rate.
- Availability Of Products - All delivery dates given are our best estimates. We try to ensure we carry good stocks of all products to avoid any availability issues. However, occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control, such as a run on a particular item or manufacturing problems, we may run out of a product from time to time. In such an event we will contact you by e-mail to advise of the delay and you have the option of cancelling the order for a full refund, choosing an alternative or waiting for the item to come in.
- Liability For Information - Every effort is taken to ensure that products are listed with correct features, benefits, sizes, colours and prices. We do not recommend any products through our portrayal of them. Sizes, measurements and descriptions are displayed as told to us by the manufacturers: we cannot be held responsible for their exactness. With regard to colours, we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour that is caused by computer systems, monitors or software used by you.
- Quality Control - All items arriving into our warehouse are thoroughly checked. However, if you receive a faulty item simply return it to us, with a completed returns form (enclosed with every order), and we will either send you a replacement or refund you in full (including postage costs).
- Events That Are Beyond Our Control - We shall not be held in breach of contract or held liable to you for any event that is beyond our reasonable control.
Returns & Exchanges
You are welcome to return any item purchased from SMG Equestrian either for a full refund (less postage) or for an exchange - please follow the simple steps below to ensure a smooth, quick service.
- You are welcome to return any part of your order to us within 14 days of receiving it - either for an exchange or refund (less postage)
- There is no need to contact us to advise of a return, simply complete the returns form that is enclosed with every order and post it back to us. Please ensure your parcel is packaged appropriately for return: clearly labelled with your name and address entered onto the returns form.
- Goods being returned must be unworn, unused, unsoiled, undamaged and presented in their original packaging with all tags still attached to the product.
- Take your parcel to the post office and send it back to us. (We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage and ask at the post office for a signature to be obtained from us on delivery as we cannot compensate you for failure of delivery).
- If you are returning an item because it is faulty please remember to mark on the returns note what the fault is and whether you require a replacement or refund. If a refund is requested it shall be credited in full (including the postage costs).
- If you wish to exchange a product for a different size/colour etc, simply send back the item you do not wish to keep, using the returns procedure as above. Then go on-line and order your replacement product, pay for it and we will refund the returned items when they arrive with us.
